Delivery Options & Estimated Timelines
We offer the following delivery options within our current service area. Please note that these are estimated timelines and might vary slightly due to traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Important Points to Note:
- Delivery timelines are calculated from the moment your order is dispatched from our warehouse, not from the time of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Order Processing Time
We typically process your order within 1 business day of receiving it. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking details (if applicable).
Delivery Charges Explained
Delivery charges are calculated based on:
- The chosen delivery speed
- The total weight of your order
- Your specific delivery pin code

Keeping Track of Your Order

If There’s a Delivery Hiccup

Got the Address Wrong?
Please double-check your shipping address carefully during checkout. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery if an incorrect address is provided. If you realize you’ve made a mistake, please contact us as quickly as possible. While we’ll do our best to assist, we may not be able to make changes once the order has been shipped.
What Happens If You’re Not There?
Our delivery partners will typically attempt to deliver your order [Specify number of attempts, e.g., 1-2 times]. If you are unavailable during these attempts, they may leave a notification card with further instructions or contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss reshipment (additional charges may apply) or a refund (minus the original shipping charges).
